The Fiscals, Great Wall of Will

"Of the sympathies of the American People, generous, Liberty loving, I have no question. They are with the Cubans in their struggle for Freedom. I believe our People would welcome any action on the part of the United States to put an end to the terrible state of things existing there. We can stop it. We can stop it peacefully. We can stop it, in my judgment, by pursuing a proper Diplomacy and offering our good offices. Let it once be understood that we mean to stop the horrible state of things in Cuba and it will be stopped. The great Power of the United States, if it is once invoked and uplifted, it is capable of greater things than that."

-Senator Henry Cabot Hodge [R] Massachusetts (1898)

Decades later...

Why was Cuba excluded from America's Manifest Destiny?

"Let every Nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of Liberty. This much we pledge and more. To those old Allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share, we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. United there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. Divided there is little we can do, for we dare not meet a powerful challenge at odds and split asunder. To those new States whom we welcome to the ranks of the Free, we pledge our word that one form of Colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. We shall not always expect to find them supporting our view. But we shall always hope to find them strongly supporting their own freedom and to remember that, in the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside."

-President John F. Kennedy

                                                                                    Inaugural Address

                                                                                    January 20th, 1961

1

Throughout Colonial Independence and US history was Cuba a friend or foe?

2

Did the United States pay any price or share any burden for the cause of Liberty in Cuba as proclaimed by President Kennedy?

3

Why is a war against Communists in Vietnam more plausible than against Castro's Communists in Cuba?

4

If the Cuban People's ingenuity to drive floating automobiles across the Straits of Florida exclaims fearlessness and zest for freedom, why not include Cuba once it financed the Battle of Yorktown in America's Manifest Destiny?

The White House Log shows the President-Elect John Kennedy attending several meetings with President Eisenhower's CIA Director Allen Dulles. Candidate Kennedy assured President Eisenhower, he would execute Eisenhower's Trinidad Plan already coordinated with his Joints Chiefs of Staff and the Central Intelligence agency coordinating with the Cuban exile freedom fighters for an insurgency landing in Escambray mountains with sold beaches and mountainous foothills, to topple the Fidel Castro regime. Once in office as President, in direct contradiction to his Inauguration speech, JFK rejects the Trinidad plan for a landing in mangrove swampland known as "the Bay of Pigs" invasion without airpower.

In the very speech that implored Americans "to not ask what your Country can do for you, but what you can do for your Country"..... went further to warn our enemies that "we shall pay any price, bear any burden for the cause of Liberty"; In actually President Kennedy did neither. Quite the contrary he negated a plan strategized by a 5 Star General in President Eisenhower? President Kennedy's duplicity in this situation is the poorest decision with which there no bounds. The Trinidad Plan 's landing site consisted of stable sandy beaches and mountain foothills less daunting than those at Normandy in WWII. These battle plans were well thought out. How could alternative plans in mangrove swamplands at the Bay of Pigs get prioritized? Apparently, Kennedy didn’t like the idea because the sound of the Trinidad Plan initial invasion included air strikes. “Too spectacular,” President Kennedy said. “It sounds like D-Day. You have to reduce the noise level of the thing.” Is this not in direct contradiction to barring any burden or pay any price for the price of freedom?

Was President Kennedy dismissing Cuba's Liberty as unimportant to the United States? Or was it just "fearing the change you seek.?" History has shown "The Bay of Pigs" fiasco forever changed the dynamics in the Cold War to the benefit the Soviet Union and mainland China. Both are sharing that stage as world powers over leveraging Cuba to checkmate the United States.

Chronology of Eisenhower Administration's White House Log with President-Elect Kennedy

[source: George Washington University's website from data at the National Security Archive]

JUL 23, 1960: CIA Director Dulles briefs Senator John F. Kennedy at Hyannis Port on Cape Cod, who is running for President. The meeting on Intelligence matters lasts two and a half hours and includes a description of the training of Cuban exiles for operations against the Castro Government. (CIA Director Allen Dulles, Memorandum for the President, August 3, 1960)

SEP 18, 1960: Fidel Castro arrives at Idle Wild airport for a visit to the United Nations. (Informe Especial: 1960)

JAN 19, 1961: President Eisenhower meets again with President-elect Kennedy and endorses the covert Cuban operation. Eisenhower makes it clear that the project is going very well and that it is the new Administration's responsibility to do whatever is necessary to bring it to a successful conclusion. According to notes taken during the meeting, Senator Kennedy asked for the President's judgment as to the United States supporting the Guerrilla operation in Cuba, even if this support involves the United States publicly. The President replied yes, as we cannot let the present Government there go on. (The White House, Meeting in the Cabinet Room, 9:45 a.m., January 19, 1961).

FEB 8, 1961: In a memo to the President, McGeorge Bundy highlights the difference of opinion on the Cuba operation between the State Department, the CIA and Defense: Defense and the CIA now feel quite enthusiastic about the invasion from Guatemala. At worst, they think the invaders would get into the mountains, and at best they think they might get into a full-fledged Civil war, in which we could then back the anti-Castro forces openly. The State Department takes a much cooler view, primarily because of its belief that the Political consequences would be very grave both in the United Nations and in Latin America.

Bundy notes that he and Richard Goodwin join in believing that there should certainly not be an invasion adventure without careful diplomatic soundings which are likely to support the position of the State Department. (McGeorge Bundy, Memorandum from the President's Special Assistant for National Security Affairs to President Kennedy, 2/8/61.

In an afternoon meeting with President Kennedy and his top advisers, Richard Bissell of the CIA reports the assessment of the JCS, that the CIA plan for landing the Brigade has a fair chance of success. Success is defined as an ability to survive, hold ground, and attract growing support from Cubans. At worst, the invaders should be able to fight their way to the Escambray region and to retreat into the mountains. After the State Department representatives point out the grave effects such an operation could have on the U.S.'s position in Latin America, President Kennedy presses from lesser alternatives to a full, fledged invasion, supported by U.S. planes and ships. A memo written by McGeorge Bundy records Kennedy's question: Could not such a force be landed gradually and quietly and make its first major Military efforts from the mountains then taking shape as a Cuban force within Cuba, not as an invasion force sent by the Yankees? Kennedy authorizes the creation of a small junta of anti-Castro leaders to give the Brigade forces some Political purpose. (McGeorge Bundy, Memorandum of Meeting with President Kennedy, White House, Washington, February 8, 1961).

MAR 11, 1961: At a White House meeting held between 10:05 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., Richard Bissell presents the CIA's Proposed Operation Against Cuba to President Kennedy. The paper provides four alternative courses of action involving the commitment of the paramilitary force being readied by the U.S. These include the course of action favored by the CIA. The Trinidad Plan that involves an amphibious/airborne assault.... to seize a beachhead contiguous to terrain suitable for Guerrilla operations, with a landing of the Provisional Government as soon as the beachhead had been secured. The invading Forces are expected to repulse attacks by Castro Militia with substantial losses to the attacking Forces followed by defections from the Armed Forces and widespread rebellion. If the actions were unsuccessful in detonating a major revolt, the assault force would retreat to the contiguous mountain area and continue operations as a powerful Guerrilla force. The assault, combined with a diversionary landing, according to the CIA plan, has the potential for administering a demoralizing shock that could lead to the prompt overthrow of the Castro regime. If not, Guerrilla action could be continued on a sizable scale in favorable terrain. The President rejects the Trinidad Plan as too spectacular, and too much like a World War II invasion. He prefers a quiet landing, preferably at night, with no basis for American Military intervention. No decision comes from the March 11 meeting and the President states his view that the best possible plan has not yet been presented, and the new proposals are to be concerted promptly.

The same day [McGeorge] Bundy signs the National Security Action Memorandum 31, noting, the President expects to authorize U.S. support for an appropriate number of Patriotic Cubans to return to their Homeland. Kennedy wants a plan to be prepared that would be less spectacular in execution, and therefore more plausible as essentially a Cuban operation. CIA officials, directed by Bissell, scramble to come up with a new plan in less than three days. (CIA, Proposed Operation Against Cuba, 11 March 1961, pp.112 Wyden, pp.99101 and Gleijeses, p.34.

Link below: Retired Chief Financial Officer of Dow Chemical Enrique Falla conducts an interview at his alma mater University of Miami and gives a full account to students of the various mistakes in military planning as President Kennedy fails to provide air power support to bomb vital roads and bridges thus guaranteeing a lost campaign to support La Brigade 2506 consisting of 1500 Freedom Fighters trained by CIA for the Bay of Pigs Invasion of Castro's Communist Cuba on April 17, 1961.

The People of Cuba have been "split asunder" ever since. If this is not a sufficiently adverse outcome for both countries perhaps 100,000 Cubans drowning in Florida Straits for six decades running is not an example of a manifest destiny denied, then what is? The Universe leaves clues how stark the mistake has been.

If you got somebody who will ride through thick and thin and hold it down for you, don't ever play them. You'll end up playing yourself.

WHY IS AMERICAN CURRENCY CALLED THE DOLLAR?

El Dolár a.k.a '8 Reales' de España coin, translates to "2.53 ounces of Spanish silver."

At the time of the colonization of the American colonies, the Spanish silver dolár had been the strongest currency in the 8th and 9th Centuries. 'Pieces of 8' were minted in New World Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Perú. El Dolár was commonly recognized on accounting ledgers on ship manifest of its time with a symbol denotation as " Ps . " The coin's back depicted two pillars wrapped in ribbons or reaves being held by Hercules.

Later it became commonplace in accounting ledgers to place the 'S' over two columns to evolve as "$" US Dollar sign.

Understanding the strength of this particular currency it, became the only acceptable currency for soldier's pay and financial support to fund the American Revolutionary War. At the time the 'Specie" currency was inflated and counterfeited throughout the colonies. Not much is documented in American history books about the French Navy contribution in the American War of Independence. But the most vital victories were those won in Pensacola and Baton Rouge at the opening of the Mississippi River led by Admiral Bernardo Gálvez of Spain. None of the Colonial trench warfare victories at Kings Mountain SC in 1780 or Cowpens 1781 would have materialized if General Washington's armies were attacked from the West via sailing up north through Mississippi River. Defending two battle fronts often spells defeat. Such a war would have required all of the adult men in the thirteen colonies. The reality less thirty percent supported Independence from the British Monarchy. History states that this was not the case as more than 50% of colonists supported King George. Securing the entrance to the Mississippi River prevents all possibilities for the British navy's entry into the river. The undefeated victories of Spanish Admiral Bernardo Gálvez in the Battle for Pensacola, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Manchac, Natchez, Lafayette and most important of all, the Battle for Port Charlotte in Mobile, Alabama prove to pivotable to the existence of the United States of America. Understanding that contribution the Cuban people are the patrons of American Independence, not beneficiaries.

The Battle of Yorktown victory on October 17, 1781, makes it proof positive that the Cuban Treasury was the X-Factor in the mere existence of the United States of America. Cuban oligarchy and private citizens are on record in Spanish historical archives of ship manifests to have loaded 500,000 pounds of gold and silver, in Havana Harbor on August 1781, for soldier's pay. Also boarded was vaccines, armaments, and most importantly vast sources of gunpowder. Those [38] French ships filled to capacity set sail for a voyage that two months later pinned the British Navy in the Battle for the Chesapeake to gain entry to the St. James River to reach Yorktown Virginia for delivery of money munitions and 2600 infantrymen to General Lafayette, Clark, and Washington. The ensuing battle lasted three weeks of cannon fire ended in Gen. Cornwallis surrender. Two years later the peace accords spelled out with Gálvez and De Grasse handwriting in the Treaty of Paris.

The "8 Reales de España" remained the official currency of the Thirteen colonies until the Coinage Act of 1857. Thomas Jefferson, the United States third president, urged the Continental Congress to peg the new coin against the value of the 8 Reales of Spain.

Americans lost its Gratitude and Perspective in Cuba with Fidel Castro Regime

Spanish colonization of the Island of Cuba had been evolving (200) two hundred years previous to the discovery of the Anglo -American colonization of North America. Admiral Bradford's 'Mayflower Compact' and other Anglo-Saxon Settlements in North America occurred in 1620. Spanish Colonies were well established Catholic colonies in the Gulf Coast rim of Florida, Mississippi Alabama and Texas in early 1498. The Island of Colonial Spanish Cuba was the central depository for the slave trade as the major cash business and additionally black market and piracy, as well as pillage of gold and silver from Aztec, Mayan, and Inca civilizations. The Isthmus Peninsula was also the principal trade route to the trading depot for contraband tea, spices, cotton and gunpowder from the Far East. The same voyages made infamous by Marco Polo stops through Cuba. The Great Antilles is always a natural transshipment point between the New and Old World. The trade route logistically made coining currency by The Spanish Crown smelting fortresses in Peru Bolivia and Mexico, not Europe. These remote minting forts eliminated suspect counterfeiting and solidified the viability of commercial trade between the Old World and the New World.

The 'Specie' paper currency printed and coined in the American colonies was highly counterfeited, speculated and devalued by the British themselves as demoralization tactic to discourage the rebellious colonists from raising arms against King George of England.

King Carlos III Treasury in Cuba was in essence, The Federal Reserve Bank of the newly created the United States of America.

"You can cheat in an Election and get away with it. You can lie to a generation and get away with it. But you can not take an entire Nation's kindness for weakness and get away with it."

                                                                                                     -MacontheRock

Because of Cuba as the largest island of the Great Antilles, naturally, it was the financial epicenter of the slave trade in the New World. Such enterprise brought great trade between the new world and the old. The financial contribution to the War for the American colonies originated by Accord between Francisco Saavedra de Sangronis of Spain and Admiral François-Joseph-Paul de Grasse of France. This meeting was later to be referenced as de Grasse-Saavedra Convention.

As a result of these communications, Cuban Oligarchy and land barons and private citizens rallied to the aid of the North Americans. De Grasse flotilla consisted of [30-38] French ships. Legion has that in six hours, gold and silver, munitions, gunpowder and medicine for a Voyage to North America that culminated in the most decisive battles in War of Independence. It set sail from Havana in August of 1781 to America to rescue General George Washington who half written by his own account to Robert Morris of certain defeat because of vast disease amongst the troops and lack of money or vaccines for their care. What became known as the Battle of the Chesapeake when French ships did night cannon battle with [55] British Ships awaiting them allowed as de Grasse French Naval victory pinned the British Navy from escape and destroying them, in what resulted as the X-Factor at the end of War. This defeat sent the strongest message to King George to surrender, as it was evident as a monumental moment for deciding victory for the Continental Army.

If you connect the dots, it should not be surprised why the US Currency is called "The Dollar". After the war, the reference of "specie" which was the common currency in the Continental Colonies, had zero intrinsic value that was suffering incredible hyper-inflationary times. As a result, it was rejected as soldier pay by colonists. Because it was worthless to purchase goods or services, land-grant currencies were also circulated in the southern territories causing more uncertainty in common markets. At the height of hostilities, hyperinflation exceeded 1500 species to British Pound Sterling.

Without the loans and line of credit provided by other European Monarchies at the time, Spain's Cuban Treasury was the only source of money for Robert Morris of The Bank of Philadelphia to fund soldier's pay for General George Washington's infantrymen. Mr. Morris was the largest flour Merchant and Banker, with relationship and creditworthiness to borrow from Cubans and issue Soldiers pay in Spanish silver. Without it, there would not be the United States of America.

The colonial economies got worse Post-Revolutionary War, as the Continental Currency continued to be devalued and counterfeited by the British Monarchy to destabilize it. These financial facts omitted from American American history books. The first two National Banks of the United States had failed.

Imagine if de Gálvez had neglected to seal of the Mississippi River? Instead of controlling the resupply route north to support the Continental Army. It would have been intricate to a success of the British and with it the arms shipments to General George Washington would cease. If these facts are not so why was Bernardo Gálvez sitting to the right of President Washington in America's first Fourth of July parade?

The Memorial of Admiral Bernardo de Gálvez's fitting location at the North entrance of the United States State Department. The statue itself depicts the Admiral's solemn posture as well as his horse humbled in Victory over his enemy. These battles victories made him King Carlos III choice to be Governor of Louisiana and later preceded his father as Governor of Cuba before his death at the early age of 40.

Cuba's Cold War Communism will be replaced by Chinese State-Capitalism in Latin America

Excluding Cuba from America's Manifest Destiny has left the Universe with clues as to why the United States is cannibalizing itself. National debt to pay for exacerbated welfare programs and unemployment and low wages can be attributed to destabilized Labor conditions. Illegal Immigration is its strongest contributor to budget demands on all level of government. Castro Cuba has successfully undermined the stability of South and Central American Economies. For more than a half Century, Cuba has sponsored armed guerrilla warfare in Colombia, Chile, Perú, Venezuela, Argentina, Ecuador. In Central America, Castro subsidized the guerillas. These armed insurgents also facilitated drug trafficking into the United States in exchange for delivery of weapons to fund Communist rebellions in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Colombia and most recently in Venezuela. As a result of this destabilization of all these economies is the entry of more than 14 million low skilled Illegal Immigrants already living in the United States and their natural born children soon thereafter. An additional 100,000 people have been flowing through the Southern Border annually at various times since 1959. Castro's sixty-year-old Dictatorship has also negotiated under the threat of another Mariel type mass exodus, 20,000 Cubans are allowed to immigrate legally to the United States annually in 1996 Wet Foot// Dry foot accords under President Clinton.

3. and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, 4. then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head. 5. Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. 6. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’

                                                                                                                                                            - Ezekiel 33: 3-6

ZEDM Bankrupts the Southern Ports of USA

The largest foreign manufacturing base to complete the supply chain for China's exports worldwide will be CantonCuba at ZEDM, Mariel Cuba. Hong Kong-based Hutchinson Whampoa manages both ends of the Panama Canal. With the supply links in place poised to complete the strategy to continue flooding the American domestic products made in China by reducing the transport cost by thousands of miles by establishing a new manufacturing city like Shenzhen China first special investment zone can be recreated in ZEDM Mariel, Cuba. This economic prospectus leaves the United States perpetually unemployed at the level currently experienced by Eastern Europe after the Fall of The Berlin Wall. While the United States is all consumed with instability in the Middle East, the Chinese are busy providing the financial aid to South American economies. No finer example of this trade policy than to establish a foothold to develop a State-Capitalist Economy Post-Castro by exporting Chinese labor to Latin America, Cuba moreover the United States. The Island's Soviet model will be re-engineered as a Manufacturing Trade hub destined for the US consumer market at half the cost to ship domestic products from mainland China. The Chinese have been preparing for their own Taiwan in Cuba.

China is Cuba's number one trading partner, representing 83% of Cuba's imported Trade. In Latin America, China's Trade has mushroomed from $10 Billion in 2000 to $140 billion by 2008. This figure excludes export commitments with Venezuela's PDVSA National Oil Company nor Chile and Peru's cooper exportation to China. The Chinese are also funding offshore oil exploration in Brazil also in the billions.

Running parallel to China's Economic plans and investments in Latin America, Brazil's National Bank of Economic and Social Development (BNDES) commitment to invest $800M in Cuba's gargantuan Industrial Park Zona Especial de Desarrollo del Mariel (ZEDM). The Port of Mariel is 28 miles (30km) West of Havana consisting of 185 square miles of infrastructure and warehouse facilities concentrating on medical manufacturing and associated industries. The Cuban Government has entered into an Agreement with the Brazilian construction conglomerate Odebrecht to start phase I which broke ground in 2011. It's crane port terminals was completed in 2014. Historically, the Port of Mariel's protected inlet and the basin was used by US President William McKinley as the perfect landing point for the invasion of the Island in the Spanish-American War of 1898 and Soviets use it a submarine facility.

Mariel is natural selection for such a development as it is the closest deep-water Port of Miami, Port Arthur New Orleans and the rest of the Mississippi River just 1600 (km) away. (It was also the nerve center for the famous Mariel Boat-lift in 1980.) Today it will be turned into a multi-use facility Manufacturing hub of all things. Brazilian Pharmaceutical and Medical industry were the first to sign Agreements to establish pharmaceutical laboratories and factories. China's Geely Automotive is the third largest car Manufacturing Company in China and owner of The London Taxi company with zero car sales in the United States or Cuba, will build its first assembly plant at the (ZEDM.)

The Chinese and Russians see common interests in Cuba. Russian President Vladimir Putin pardoned Cuba's $28 Billion in Foreign loans. Russia's most top-secret Soviet Military surveillance installation at Lourdes, Cuba is on President Putin wish list for revitalization. Russia is also re-committed to seeking oil development off Cuba's northwest coast after Hugo Chavez PDVSA found nothing. Further exploration in the area of the Florida Keys will be in conflict with American maritime territorial waters.

“In appearance, it (America) is very powerful but in reality, it is nothing to be afraid of; it [America] is a paper tiger. Outwardly a tiger, it is made of paper, unable to withstand the wind and the rain. I believe that it is nothing but a paper tiger.”

-Premier of China Mao Tse Tung (Zedong) (1956)

Chinese Premier Mao Tse Tung (Mao Zedong) described America in a 1956 interview by Anna Louis Strong, is so evident 75 years later. America, if forced to get involved in a war of attrition, it will balk and vacate conquered territory even after victory. The War in Korea at the 38th parallel, Vietnam, Afghanistan or Iraq, are perfect examples of Liberal Democratic Presidents retreating from enemy territory.

China knows this, and it will follow the Soviets West Berlin game plan. TheFiscals are concerned not only for Taiwan's Freedom and Security but with the likelihood that Cuba will be put up for adoption again by the US State Department. It is the same leverage used by Soviet Premier Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev in a meeting with President Kennedy in Vienna, Austria, where he threatened the US with invading West Berlin if not allowed a military presence in support of Fidel Castro's Cuba. The Cuban Missile Crisis in 1961 sealed that deal, and the Patron Cuban people were put up for adoption in Caribbean Alcatraz.

Today the Chinese are poised to do the same. The developments in the East China Sea makes The Paper Tiger Syndrome very real for the security threat to Taiwan. The Chinese strategy is to develop the strategic man-made islands first then pose a viable military threat to Taiwan. The tension will remind America of the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the outcome will result in economic control of Cuba.

On the Military front, referencing China's new Military leadership, Kori Schake of the Hoover Institute is quoted in an article in Foreign Policy Magazine (March 2014).

"A rising China need not be an adversary, and there are significant Domestic and Economic pressures that may prevent China's continued success and change its Political direction. But the rising China we are currently facing sure looks like a State that wants to contest American power, at least in its Region, and is making the kinds of Military investments that will challenge U.S. dominance in several domains of warfare, and with at least a Military (if not a Communist Party leadership) that aspires to hold American territory at risk to achieve their aims."

Cuba's New ATM Machine will be the Chinese Casino Conglomerates in Macau

Raul Castro played host to Chinese and Russian Bank summit on May 08th 2014. These meetings foretell the obvious; a shift in the Cuba/Russian financial dynamic to a Cuba/China banking alliance, creating the Canton Cuba as China' American Taiwan TheFiscals are predicting.

All in all, this spells higher unemployment for the entire Southern States of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. American Manufacturing will quickly realize that products presently "made in China" can be assembled in Canton Cuba at a cheaper cost to market. The proximity and favorable tax make Trade with CantonCuba a very viable option for American manufacturers in 21 st Century.

This economic alliance China/Russia-Cuba/Brazil at the Mariel's Zona Industrial can be counterbalanced by the economic empowerment of full redevelopment of the Naval Air Station at Guantánamo Bay into GitmoFreeZone.us

Under the tight grip of the Castro's Cuban State Security apparatus, creativity and innovation of private Enterprise are stifled. Most Cuban Economists educated and trained in Eastern Bloc Business Schools fear rapid growth of a Middle Class in Cuba. The accelerated evolution of the free market Capitalism prescribed by the United States makes for uncontrollable middle class demanding even faster change. TheFiscals belief in developing Guantánamo as a Free Zone to create a City for Veterans that can act as a transshipment point to secure American goods and raw materialism for the redevelopment of a Free Republic of Cuba.

What will the Next American President do concerning Communist Cuba partnership with China?

A. What is the USA going to do to Guantánamo Naval Station?

B. Whose arm will be extended further China's or America?

C. Will America offer a hand up, or will Cuba take China's handout?

Cholera, Dengue fever, and the Zika virus-laden mosquitoes are pandemic in Cuba in 2016.

The recent announcement by US Interest Section's travel warnings to Cuba, because of the epidemic of Cholera, a waterborne disease triggers enforcement of clauses in the Treaty of Relations of 1934 to guard the Public Health for returning travelers to the United States. This Article stipulates explicitly that the Naval Air Station at Guantánamo Bay cuts off all Ports of entry from the Island to protect the Public Health of the Southern Ports of the United States. The Department of Navy should expand the Base Hospital for quarantine purposes. This obligation assures the Public Health of return travel to the United States. All returning flights should continue through quarantine facilities from Guantánamo Airport or Seaport only.

Teddy Roosevelt's Platt Amendment of 1901 clearly stated that Cuba was not to be left out America's manifest destiny. Its intent to take great care of the "The Queen" of American Independence.

Clause I, II and III states:

I. That the Government of Cuba shall never enter into any Treaty or another compact with any Foreign power or powers which will impair or tend to impair the independence of Cuba, nor in any manner authorize or permit any Foreign power or powers to obtain by Colonization or for Military or Naval purposes or otherwise, lodgment in or control over any portion of said Island.

II. That said Government shall not assume or contract any public debt, to pay the interest upon which, and to make reasonable sinking fund provision for the ultimate discharge of which, the ordinary revenues of the Island, after defraying the current expenses of Government shall be inadequate."

III. That the Government of Cuba consents that the United States may exercise the right to intervene for the preservation of Cuban Independence, the maintenance of a Government adequate for the protection of life, property, and individual Liberty, and for discharging the obligations with respect to Cuba imposed by the Treaty of Paris on the United States, now to be assumed and undertaken by the Government of Cuba."

Instead it Franklin Roosevelt repealed the Platt Amendment to the Treaty of Relations of 1934. As results like all policies from political minds contaminated by a progressivirus, statism socialism blossoms and promises of the collective in a field impossible dreams have Latin America stagnant economies for decades since has the US Border plagued by illegal immigration.

The USA has become the gates to the Kingdom of OZ without a Wizard.

CantonCuba is not a far-fetched prediction; it is a certainty. There are two 'cash economies' that will motivate such an outcome. The Chinese casino syndicates now operating in Hong Kong and Macau will launder its proceeds via redevelopment of communist Cuba. Casino syndicate's billion in liquid assets will run a parallel with the economy in Cuba. These billions in cash are easily made available to bribe Cuban Communist officials while paying The most prominent Public Relations Companies in the United States to gain favor in Democratic Party. These advocates have a long history of advocacy in open dialogue with Cuba. Washington D.C. Chinese Billionaires understand the same language as Cuba's Military Millionaire ruling class. Both institutions are corrupt beyond imagination. China Trade represents 83% of all imports to Cuba. Cuba's young economists are as inexperienced as a ruling class as Cuban Entrepreneurs are as an Economic Class. Both will be particularly suspicious of an American-Cuban investor with US dollars. Exiles returning home to the Island attempting to redevelop the post-Castro Cuban economy will create social strife amongst the populace accustomed to bargaining and graft. This will lead to wide-scale corruption in the form of theft of cargo containers, racketeering, bank fraud, and embezzlement.

Chinese conglomerates are famous for corrupt partnerships with cash economies in Hong Kong and Macau. Most are out of reach of US Treasury authority. Both countries will recognize that Chinese bribery and Cuba payola methods are accepted practices to execute a Business plan under the US Economic Embargo.

This Asian flight Capital from Macau, with access to the Banking relationships on the Island of Cuba, will be a perfect alliance to launder money in the US economy. Communist China and Communist Cuba will be Black Market of Wall Street.

TheFiscals want to put John F. Kennedy's hollow Inaugural speech behind us. GitmoFreeZone requires the Statesmanship of the next US President and the vision we lacked in 1961. The world realizes how weak we look being checkmated on the world stage allowing a Communist Dictatorship in this Hemisphere. Now comes Maoist Communists with US Treasury bonds in their briefcases, poised to unite with Soviet Communists to solidify a State Capitalist low wage Economy in Cuba.
